PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL INSTALL IN SHIPPING CONTAINER HOMES

We use 1/2" PEX hot and cold water lines for all interior water supply.  Each container has a 3/4" water inlet.  PEX is superior in containers because it does not freeze and burst like PVC or copper water lines.  

All wiring is jacketed romex wire and is installed using the proper gauge for the location and intended use.  We follow state and local building codes with each install.

Our PEX connections are made with copper fittings and crimp rings.  This is the most secure, leakproof and sturdy connection when connecting pex water lines.
